Terms of Service

Effective June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “Customer”) and Cornerstone Protection (“Cornerstone Protection,” “we,” “us”), which operates the Easa AI phone receptionist service (the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking “Start free,” or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Easa is an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers phone calls to a number we assign you, speaks with callers, answers questions you configure, takes messages, and sends you summaries of calls by text message and in your account. The Service relies on third-party voice, telephony, and AI providers and on cellular and internet networks that are outside our control.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must use it for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@kyclick.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Call recording & AI disclosure

The Service answers calls with an artificial-intelligence assistant and may record and transcribe calls so it can take messages and produce summaries. The assistant identifies itself as an AI and discloses that the call may be recorded; if a caller objects, it offers to take a written message instead.

You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to your calls, including call-recording and consent laws in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located. Recording laws vary by state and country; some require all-party consent. You represent that you have the right to route your calls to the Service and to have them recorded and processed as described, and you will provide any additional notices the law requires.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) make or facilitate unsolicited telemarketing, robocalls, spam, or other communications that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws; (c) handle calls for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes; (d) attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (e) misrepresent your identity or business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service is not an emergency service. It cannot be used to contact 911 or other emergency responders and must not be relied on for emergencies.

5. Phone numbers

Phone numbers we assign to you are provided through our telephony partners and are licensed to you for use with the Service only. You do not own assigned numbers, and number availability, porting, and retention depend on carriers and are not guaranteed. If you cancel, you may lose the assigned number.

6. Text messages (SMS)

By providing your mobile number you consent to receive account and service text messages from Easa, including verification codes and call summaries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages and HELP for help. Opting out may limit features that depend on text notifications. You are responsible for ensuring you have any consents required to message the contacts involved in your calls.

7. Plans, billing & trials

  • The Service is offered on subscription plans with a set allowance of included minutes. Usage beyond the included minutes is billed as a per-minute overage.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends or as otherwise stated at sign-up.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees, including overages and taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including voice/AI providers, telephony carriers, payment processing (Stripe), and language-model providers. Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or outages.

9. Availability & “as is”

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI’s responses will be accurate or suitable for every call.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Protection will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or missed calls or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cornerstone Protection from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your calls and communications, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law (including recording-consent and anti-spam laws).

12. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and assigned numbers may be released. You may export your data before terminating.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Kentucky will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.
