Privacy Policy
Effective June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cornerstone Protection (“Cornerstone Protection,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Easa AI phone receptionist service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, password (stored hashed), and account settings.
- Receptionist configuration — the business details, FAQs, greetings, and rules you set up for your AI receptionist.
- Call data — for calls handled by the Service, we process call audio, recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, caller phone numbers, timestamps, and call duration.
- Caller information — information callers provide during a call (such as their name, number, and message) so we can take and deliver messages.
- Billing information — subscription, plan, and usage records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage & technical data — log data, device/browser information, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to: operate the Service and answer your calls; transcribe and summarize calls and notify you; provision and manage your phone number; authenticate you and verify your email and phone; process payments and manage subscriptions; provide support; maintain security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Call recording & AI processing
The Service answers calls with an AI assistant that identifies itself as AI and discloses that the call may be recorded; callers who object are offered a written message instead. Call audio and transcripts are processed by our voice and language-model providers to operate the receptionist and generate summaries. You are responsible for ensuring your use of recording complies with the laws that apply to you and your callers.
4. Text messages
We send account and service text messages (for example, verification codes and call summaries) to the mobile number you provide, with your consent. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages or HELP for help. We honor opt-outs and do not sell your phone number. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who power the Service under contract — including our voice/AI assistant provider, telephony carriers (for calls and SMS), our language-model provider (for transcription and summaries), our payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery — solely to provide the Service.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Cornerstone Protection, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and call data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete data from your account, and when you delete your account we remove or de-identify associated data, except where we must retain it by law.
7. Your choices & rights
You can review and update your information in your account, export your data as a file, and delete your account at any time. You may opt out of non-essential texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information — contact us at hello@kyclick.com to exercise them.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Callers
When the Service answers a call for you, it processes the caller’s information on your behalf to take and deliver the message. You are the controller of that information and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including any notices or consents your callers are owed.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, may notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
